Postpartum Care
These sessions assist in the postpartum healing process to ensure proper bowel & bladder patterns, proper mechanics, proper posture, efficient breathing and pelvic floor and core activation with daily activities to care for your infant and ensure optimal pelvic health recovery.
Posture
Emphasis on spine, rib and pelvic alignment to decrease risk for injury, and pain with daily activities for self care and caring for newborn.
Mechanics
Review breast feeding posture, baby holding postures, proper lifting (carrier, stroller, floor, bathing) to avoid pain and injury to allow for you to care for your newborn.
Bowel & Bladder assessment
Emphasis on education to decrease urinary/bowel leakage, straining, pain and constipation for optimal bladder and bowel health to allow for self-care and care for your newborn.
Core & Floor
Instruct on gentle and safe activation of pelvic floor muscles and deep core muscles to allow for support while caring for your baby.??
Breath Work
Retraining your breathing pattern to aid in digestion, bowel health, anxiety, urinary health, pain and overall health.
ADDITIONAL WOMEN’S
